Marketing Coordinator – International Real Estate (Part-Time)

About the Role
Aston Gate Real Estate is looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Coordinator to support our growing international real estate brand.
This role offers hands-on exposure to the Dubai real estate market as well as the Vancouver real estate market, making it a strong opportunity for someone who wants to grow in marketing while learning the world of real estate, investment-focused campaigns, and digital content.
We are looking for someone who understands modern content creation and is confident using AI tools for video creation, editing, and marketing support.
Key Responsibilities
Create and assist with social media content for Aston Gate Real Estate
Help develop marketing campaigns for Dubai and Vancouver real estate opportunities
Produce short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms
Use AI tools to create, edit, enhance, or support video content
Assist with reels, promotional videos, voiceover-based videos, subtitles, hooks, and ad creatives
Support branding materials, captions, visuals, and campaign ideas
Help with WhatsApp, email, and digital outreach campaigns
Research market trends, project launches, and competitor activity
Support website content updates and other marketing initiatives
Work directly with management on growth campaigns and creative execution
What We’re Looking For
Strong interest in marketing, branding, content creation, and social media
Interest in learning the real estate industry, especially Dubai and Vancouver
Experience creating or editing AI-assisted videos
Comfortable using tools such as Canva, CapCut, ChatGPT, and other AI video/content tools
Good writing and communication skills
Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Video editing and content creation skills are a strong asset
Real estate interest or knowledge is a plus, but not required
