We are looking for someone inspiring and growth minded, who has a positive outlook and vibe to fill up our Tattoo Studio Receptionist position as the first point of contact for Inkroom!
Clients and artists will communicate through you for design inquiries and booking details, as well as the studio owner requiring help in the day to day tasks of making sure our studio is always succeeding in many aspects!
35-40 hours a week, Wednesday to Sunday 10-5 or 6pm.
Communicating with staff and clients, and assigning bookings.
Filling artist schedules and attending to requests in a timely speedy and organized manner.
Attending to phone calls, emails, social media requests, and working proficiently with our scheduling software.
Handling all social media platforms for the studio, content creation and coverage throughout the day.
Handling client payments and pricing.
Helping studio assistant in keeping track of inventory and supplies.
Resolving customer complaints.
Assisting with managing the studio from greeting clients, to doing administrative work, and keeping the studio presentable and organized.
Opening & closing cleaning and organization duties,
Promote artwork through various mediums including Instagram, TikTok Facebook, websites, tattoo and art festivals.
Provide excellent customer service.
Assist with planning and attending events for the studio.
Understanding the industry, advising clients on body art and tattoo artist options, design and placement to ensure trust and comfort.
Ensuring proper studio hygiene and sterilization from blood pathology in order to meet and abide by interior health and safety regulations
Assisting studio owner in day to day tasks.
Maintaining revenue growth of the studio by responding to clients in time, promoting studio on social media platforms, stocking up on inventory, and handling the organization of the studio.
Representing the studio professionally.
Administrative work includes keeping track of proper organized documentation and responding to business emails when needed.
Qualifications:
Successful completion of High School or equivalent
Experience in social media content creation & coverage.
Proficiency in photoshop/graphic design is a plus.
Experience and knowledge in the tattoo industry
Great sales skills.
Good communication skills.
English proficient.
Skills and Knowledge:
Organized and efficient.
Strong customer service skills.
Strong proficiency in Google office, such as google docs and sheets.
Great attention to detail.
Marketing and social media management skills.
Photography skills are an addition.
Administrative experience is a plus.
Good ability to train others when needed.
Presentable, positive personality, organized, values cleanliness and someone who is growth oriented.
Job Type: Full time 35 hours a week.
Salary: depending on experience, $21.00-$24.00 an hour to start and a higher salary is reliant on growth reports and results.
