Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Sales Head - Interior Field. The Sales Head will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day sales operations, managing and guiding the sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and handling account management for clients. The role involves driving sales growth, implementing effective sales processes, and meeting revenue targets.

Qualifications
• Excellent Sales and Sales Management skills
• Strong Team Management and Leadership skills
• Proficiency in Account Management
• Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making
• Relevant experience in the interior design industry is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
