Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Head of Growth / Marketing Manager to lead our global marketing and growth initiatives. This role owns the full marketing funnel from brand positioning and demand generation to conversion optimization and international expansion.
You will be responsible for building and executing data-driven growth strategies, managing multi-channel campaigns, optimizing funnel performance, and leading global marketing efforts to scale revenue and brand presence across markets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Growth Strategy & Planning
Develop and own the overall growth and marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
Define quarterly and annual growth targets across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.
Identify new market opportunities and lead international growth initiatives.
Build scalable frameworks for sustainable global expansion.
2. Campaign Strategy & Execution
Plan and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns (digital, paid media, content, partnerships, events).
Oversee campaign planning, budgeting, and performance tracking.
Ensure consistent messaging across regions and platforms.
Continuously test, iterate, and optimize campaign performance.
3. Brand & Positioning
Define and refine brand positioning in local and global markets.
Develop clear value propositions tailored to different customer segments.
Ensure consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.
Lead brand awareness and reputation-building initiatives.
4. Funnel Ownership & Optimization
Own the full marketing funnel (awareness → acquisition → conversion → retention).
Optimize conversion rates across channels and lifecycle stages.
Implement A/B testing, CRO initiatives, and performance analytics.
Partner with product and sales teams to improve customer journey and revenue impact.
5. Global Marketing & International Expansion
Lead go-to-market strategies for new international markets.
Adapt messaging, campaigns, and positioning for regional audiences.
Coordinate localization efforts and market-specific growth strategies.
Monitor global performance metrics and adjust strategy accordingly.
6. Agency & Partner Management
Manage external agencies (performance, creative, PR, localization).
Set KPIs and ensure accountability for performance outcomes.
Negotiate contracts and manage budgets effectively.
Build and scale internal marketing capabilities where needed.

Required Qualifications
5–10+ years of experience in growth marketing or strategic marketing roles.
Proven experience scaling products/services across international markets.
Strong expertise in performance marketing, funnel optimization, and analytics.
Demonstrated experience in brand positioning and campaign planning.
Experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
Excellent strategic thinking and execution skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in high-growth startups or global scaling environments.
Strong understanding of international marketing dynamics.
Experience managing global budgets and multi-market campaigns.
Familiarity with marketing automation and analytics tools.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
