Position Overview

Napier is searching for a creative, ambitious and strategic-minded individual to join our team as Marketing Strategist. Working closely with the Marketing Director and Brand Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing marketing strategies that captivate our target audience and drive growth for our brands. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in the consumer product world within the outdoor and automotive industries.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

Marketing Plan and Strategy Implementation: Play an active role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness
Content Creation: Execute photography & video plans with content creators. Contribute to the creation of engaging SEO optimized blog articles and product copy, write compelling headlines, captions and effective hashtags. Assist in content management and upkeep including brand and product guides, shared drives and content libraries
Social Media Management: Create social media strategies to increase engagement, reach and impressions. Help maintain social media platforms, including creating and scheduling content, community engagement, and performance tracking.
Events: Plan, manage and support event sponsorship programs. Plan and organize all events including trade shows, community outreach events and internal corporate events.
Public Relations: Support the execution of PR programs; build relationships and connections by contacting journalists, bloggers, influencers, media outlets, publications, and other relevant individuals. Maintain and enhance Napier’s online reputation by actively monitoring and managing customer reviews across all platforms.
Email & SMS Marketing: Assist with creating and deploying email & SMS marketing campaigns to engage with our audience, nurture leads and drive conversion.
Partnerships: Implement joint marketing initiatives with like-minded brands to expand brand reach and engage new customer segments. Plan and execute co-branded digital contest to boost brand awareness and generate email leads. Execute ambassador programs and outreach campaigns.
Website Management: Maintain and update Napier’s Shopify website. Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates using analytics tools. Create strategies to increase traffic, conversion rate and grow subscriber base
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze and report key marketing metrics and campaign performance to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas of improvement.
WHAT YOU NEED

5+ years of marketing experience
Post-secondary education in marketing
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to connect and engage with diverse audience
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for developing innovative marketing campaigns.
