Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for a Corporate Tie-ups Specialist. The Corporate Tie-ups Specialist will be responsible for building and managing relationships with corporate clients, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and developing strategies to enhance corporate partnerships. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, providing exceptional customer service, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Main role is to get the corporate tie-ups done. Primary Title: Resident Medical Officer – Obstetrics & Gynaecology (On-site, Bawana, Delhi)

Role & Responsibilities
• Provide 24×7 first-line clinical care for obstetrics and gynecology inpatients, labour ward, and emergency cases.
• Conduct initial assessments, history taking, physical examinations, and formulate provisional diagnoses for women’s health concerns.
• Stabilize and escalate high-risk pregnancies, postpartum complications, and gynecological emergencies in coordination with consultants.
• Order, interpret, and document laboratory, imaging, and fetal monitoring results; ensure timely intervention.
• Assist consultants in deliveries, caesarean sections, minor OT procedures, and post-operative rounds.
• Maintain accurate EMR notes, medication charts, consent forms, and discharge summaries, upholding NABH standards.

Skills & Qualifications
• Must-Have
• MBBS degree with valid MCI/State registration.
• 6–24 months clinical exposure in obstetrics & gynecology or labour room.
• Proficiency in IV cannulation, suturing, and basic life support (BLS/ACLS).
• Sound knowledge of maternal-fetal physiology and obstetric pharmacology.
• Ability to manage on-call shifts and rapid decision-making under pressure.
• Preferred
• DGO/DNB residency year or hands-on experience assisting LSCS.
• Familiarity with CTG interpretation and ultrasound basics.
• Experience working within NABH-accredited hospitals.
