Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an MCC Controller located in Delhi, India. The MCC Controller will be responsible for monitoring and coordinating the maintenance of our aircraft fleet to ensure operational efficiency and safety. Daily tasks include tracking flight schedules, coordinating with maintenance teams, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations, and maintaining accurate maintenance records. The role involves collaboration with various departments to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and prevent flight delays.

Qualifications
• Technical knowledge in aircraft systems and maintenance procedures
• Experience in monitoring and tracking flight schedules and maintenance activities
• Familiarity with aviation regulations and compliance standards
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
• Tupe trained on B 737 /Q400 aircraft maintenance engineering
