Seeking talent for the MdM Fall-Winter 2024 Talent Workshop and Industry Panel Discussion.
Production states: "With the participation of four top agents from NYC and LA and the opportunity of securing new agency and management contracts and representation. Are you scratching your head and pondering on what's the best strategy and approach to securing a top-flight talent manager and agent to join your team and lend their talents and contributions to your success? Well, you've come to the right place! For the past 13 years, MdM Management, LLC and MdM Artists Group, LLC based in WDC, has conducted a series of 41 successful Talent Workshops and Industry Panel Discussions involving the participation of gifted talent (primarily ages six to 30), and Agents from top talent agencies from NYC and LA including A3 Artists Agency, BMG Model & Talent, Buchwald & Associates, Carson-Adler Agency, CESD, Clear Talent Group, DDO Artists Agency, Frontier Booking International (FBI), Funny Face Today (FFT), Innovative Artists, Jordan, Gill & Dornbaum, Paradigm Talent agency, and more! As a direct result of these events, over 375 talent have been awarded new agency contracts and management representation at MdM Management. Past workshop participants have included Asante Blackk who starred in the Netflix series 'When They See Us' and the last two seasons of 'This Is Us' on NBC. Aidan Leibman who had a recurring role on the hit series 'Mr. Robot' with Christian Slater and Ravi Malik. Rey Rey Terry who had a featured role in 'Wonder Woman 1+84' with Gal Gadot and Chris Pine. Austin Wedderburn who will be starring in the new Amazon series 'The Johnnie Sander Stories.' Amann Iqbal who will be featured in the new film 'Mean Girls, The Musical.' Alexa Mcfillin who will be on the second season of 'Pretty Little Liars.' And Amann Iqbal who had a featured role in the new hit "Mean Girls-The Musical" directed by Tina Fey. The weekend event includes an informative Panel Discussion on Saturday with the Agents sharing in their professional backgrounds and offering their perspectives on the industry. This is followed by a Talent Workshop on Sunday with the talent privately auditioning for the group of agents and being considered for new contracts. To prepare for the Workshop, talent conduct 10 private virtual and/or in-house sessions at MdM leading up to the event and review and rehearse the specific exercises that the Agents have requested to review. These sessions are invaluable as we concentrate on what the agents are specifically seeking in new talent to join their client roster. The event is limited to 30 participants so that the talent and their parents have that quality time and interaction with the agents over the weekend."
