The Country Women’s Association of New South Wales (CWA NSW) is a non-profit and part of Australia’s largest voluntary women’s organisation. The association advocates for better conditions for women and families, offers education grants, supports medical research and charities, and helps families impacted by disasters through its Disaster Relief Fund.
About The Role
The Membership Manager plays a key role in ensuring members have a seamless experience. They oversee the membership database, handle administration and finances, and ensure accurate records. By managing data and providing insights, they help deliver top-quality service and support to members.
Duties Include But Are Not Limited To
Process and maintain accurate membership records in the database.
Provide a high level of customer service and respond to membership inquiries via phone and email
Reconcile payment records and assist with branch financial records liaising with the Accountant and State Treasurer
Understand and translate data to provide membership insights for strategic planning.
Train and supervise support staff in membership processes.
Provide any other ad hoc or admin duties as required i.e. collating survey responses, conference support etc.
To be successful you will have:
Experience in a membership, customer experience or stakeholder engagement role
Experience in managing databases or CRM systems.
Passionate about contributing to the organisational objectives and advocating for the community
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
Professional, personable, and motivated with the ability to thrive in a collaborative team.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to maintain, interpret and translate data into member insights.
