At Westpac, our Mobile Home Finance Managers play a vital role in helping customers achieve their homeownership goals.
Now it’s your turn.
Working flexibly and independently, you’ll be the go-to expert for new and existing customers, guiding them through the home loan journey from start to finish. You’ll make the process smooth, rewarding, and personal – and introduce them to banking solutions that support their broader financial goals.
But your impact doesn’t stop there. You’ll also nurture valuable referral relationships with key partners – from real estate agents to accountants and beyond – ensuring a steady stream of opportunities and a strong presence in your local community.

What do I need?
Strong ability to foster customer relationships starting with a referral network of external partners; experience in maintaining such networks is essential.
Proven experience working in a customer-facing organisation, particularly in lending.
Comprehensive knowledge of the home lending process.
Solid people skills to make customers feel confident and well-supported.
Consistently exceed customer expectations through exceptional service and relationship-building.
