We are seeking a dedicated Month-End Accounting Specialist to join our clients’ team to help perform month-end close and balance sheet account reconciliations. This role is reporting on site in Seattle, WA. You will perform preliminary manual accounting activity for Entitlement based billing and fixed fee deals. This will aid the clients' accounting team spend less cycle time per month on manual accounting work.
Services to Be Performed:
• Input month-end data accurately and efficiently
• Perform month-end close and balance sheet account reconciliations
Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting
• 2-4 years of progressive accounting experience
• Proficiency in month-end close processes and balance sheet account reconciliations
Preferred Skills:
• CPA or equivalent certification
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-tech start-up or similar company
• Ability to demonstrate sound judgment in ambiguous situations
• Aptitude for information technology
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, follow through, and meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
