Collaborate closely with Senior Brokers and support staff to ensure smooth settlements
Maintain strong communication and deliver a high-quality client experience
Requirements
Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker or in a similar client-facing lending role
Confident discussing investment strategies and tailoring solutions
Demonstrated success in converting high volumes of leads efficiently
Strong presentation and client engagement skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Driven, results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding targets
