Want to be part of our community? We’re currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Plumber to join our Repairs team.

What you’ll achieve in the role:

The overall purpose of this role is to carry out repairs or improvement works and undertake any plumbing works required, both to Raven properties and to other customers.

Key responsibilities include:
• Carry out a range of plumbing works in occupied and empty properties to current legislative standards.
• Carry out inspections of occupied and empty properties to determine the extent of the repair, maintenance or installation required.
• Carry out tasks such as but not restricted to, minor carpentry, tiling, and redecoration repairs linked to maintenance work for which you have the appropriate skills, knowledge and/or experience.
• Participate in the Emergency call-out cover outside normal working hours, on a rota basis.

What you’ll bring to Raven:

For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:
• City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing and Heating qualified or demonstrable skill/experience in plumbing
• Ability to investigate situations and issues and suggest solutions, using initiative and creativity in resolving project issues
• Full, clean driving licence
• Experience of working as a trade's operative in a strongly customer focused environment
