Job Summary:
MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a highly skilled Tally Accountant to join our team at our Dadar office. This role is ideal for individuals with expertise in GST and tax filing, looking to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The Tally Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing GST returns, and ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities:
•
Maintain and update financial records in Tally.
•
Prepare and file GST returns in a timely and accurate manner.
•
Handle tax-related matters, including TDS, GST, and income tax filings.
•
Reconcile accounts, bank statements, and vendor statements.
•
Prepare financial statements such as profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, etc.
•
Coordinate with auditors for tax audits and other statutory requirements.
•
Ensure adherence to tax regulations and timely tax payments.
•
Provide support in managing accounts payable and receivable.
•
Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasting.
•
Ensure the companys tax filing and reporting processes are accurate and compliant.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
•
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
•
Proficient in Tally ERP * (Tally Prime is a plus).
•
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax laws in India.
•
Good understanding of accounting principles and tax compliance.
•
Ability to handle high volumes of data and perform reconciliations efficiently.
•
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
•
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
•
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
•
Proficient in MS Excel and other financial tools.
• Experience:
•
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or tax filing, specifically with GST and TDS.
•
Hands-on experience with Tally and tax filing systems.
•
Experience in dealing with audits and managing financial records.
• Working Hours:
•
Full-time position.
•
Standard office hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
•
Occasional overtime may be required during tax filing periods or audits.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
•
Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Indian tax laws, GST, and TDS filing processes.
•
Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and problem-solving abilities.
•
Abilities: Ability to manage deadlines, attention to detail, and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
