Education Inter CA, Mba in (Finance)
Experience 4+ years of experience in a similar role (Semi Qualified CA).
Location Goregaon,Mumbai
Role Purpose
• Accounting as per laid out accounting policies and SEBI Regulations and Periodic scrutiny of all ledger accounts
• Handling Audits and liaising with auditors for timely and successful completion of audit and ensuring that there are no adverse comments in Auditor's report
• Managing cash flow and reporting to the Fund Managers and dealers.
• Fund Expense processing and accounting
• Accurate preparation of all Internal & Regulatory Reports & MIS.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing Cash Flow
• Managing cash flow to ensure optimum utilization of funds.
• Ensuring Compliance of SEBI regulations pertaining to Fund Accounting/ cash flow activities
2 Fund Accounting & Handling Audits
• Ensuring that accounting is done in accordance with SEBI Regulations and accounting policies
• Ensuring that all ledger accounts reflect accurate positions so as to compute proper NAVs.
• Preparation of Semi- Annual, Annual Financial Statements & Notes to Accounts
• Handling Audits and liaising with auditors for timely and successful completion of audit.
• Expense Management & Statutory Dues:
• Ensuring that Statutory Dues are correctly computed and deposited within time
• Ensuring that statutory returns are filed within time.
• Managing expense payment as per TAT's and its accounting in accordance with SEBI Regulations
