PPC Specialist

Role Summary
As a PPC Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing pay-per-click campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing, and other paid media networks. You’ll work to increase traffic, generate leads/sales, and deliver a positive ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid search platforms
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies
Write compelling ad copy and coordinate with design teams on creatives
Monitor campaign performance daily, adjusting bids, targeting, and creatives as needed
Analyze performance metrics and create detailed reports to share with stakeholders
Optimize landing pages and user journey in coordination with CRO and web teams
Implement and manage tracking systems (conversion tracking, UTM parameters, pixels)
Stay up-to-date with PPC trends, algorithm updates, and platform innovations
Conduct A/B testing for ad copy, creatives, audience segments, and landing pages
Requirements
3+ years of experience in managing PPC campaigns
Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), Microsoft Ads, and YouTube Ads
Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
Proficiency in keyword tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Keyword Planner, etc.)
Solid understanding of CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, Quality Score, and audience targeting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
Google Ads certification is a plus
Nice to Have
Experience with paid social (Facebook, Instagram, )
Familiarity with remarketing, lookalike audiences, and customer segmentation
Experience working in a digital marketing agency or high-growth startup
Basic HTML/CSS understanding (for troubleshooting tracking/pixel issues)
