About the role
This role will be responsible for Account Management, Revenue growth and business development
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Account Management
Develop and execute account strategies for top-tier clients across commercial, industrial, and residential segments.
Build strong, trust-based relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
Revenue Growth & Business Development
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
Drive annual sales targets and profitability goals through customized solutions.
Customer Engagement & Retention
Serve as the single point of contact for key accounts, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
Conduct regular business reviews and performance assessments with clients.
Work closely with product, engineering, service, and marketing teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategy.
Provide accurate forecasts, pipeline updates, and executive reports to leadership.
