Job Description
Managing staff payroll
Monitoring NDIS and Accounts emails and actioning all enquiries.
Perform all claiming activities and payroll activities.
Ensuring compliance with NDIS pricing guidelines and regulations.
Providing support to clients and staff via telephone and email, addressing any claim and payroll queries or concerns they may have.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Proactively liaise with support coordinators on quoting and billing matters
Assist with the preparation of information to support participants with NDIS plan meetings.
Reconciliation and follow-up of accounts receivable balances
Assistance with month-end processing tasks
Job Types: Fixed term, Casual
Contract length: 8-10 months
Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
