About the Role:
We are seeking a NDIS Support Workers to assist clients with day-to-day living, community access, and personal growth. You will be working with individuals with a range of abilities, with a particular focus on mental health support.
Key Responsibilities:
Social engagement and capacity-building activities
Community access and transport
Daily living and in-home support
Building trusting and respectful relationships with clients
Accurate documentation and communication with the team
Essential Requirements:
✅ Support Worker (as per client needs)
✅ Experience supporting individuals with mental health conditions
✅ NDIS Worker Screening Check
✅ Current First Aid & CPR certification
✅ Valid Australian driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
✅ Genuine care and reliability
✅ Availability for an immediate start
✅ All documents required for onboarding
