We provide critical management decision support, Financial/operational reporting, and insights through our unique blend of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Management consulting, Data analytics, and Finance Process Managed Services.
About the Role
The Netsuite Accounting Associate will work closely with onshore Finance teams to support Client's finance processes, focusing on Netsuite ERP and General Ledger maintenance. This role requires a strong grasp of accounting principles, GL ownership, and experience with running reconciliations in Netsuite modules. Key responsibilities include handling core accounting operations, ledger review, and journal postings, ensuring necessary checks and controls. The Accounting Associate will also assist with month-end book closure, be well-versed in close practices, reconciliations, and report preparation, and implement financial controls for daily transactions.
Requirements
A minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, with at least 4 years in Netsuite Accounting ERP with GL maintenance experience, is required. Strong communication skills and past experience dealing with overseas clients are essential. High levels of diligence and detail orientation are necessary for this role. Candidates with Offshore Finance Process team experience and a background in Finance process/Accounting function will be most suitable.
