We are recruiting for a Deputy Nursery Manager to provide support at our small private day nursery. Either full time or part time job share for 2 candidates. A minimum of a full and relevant Early Years Level 3 Qualification is required.

Salary dependent on experience and qualifications.

This is a full time position for 40 hours per week between the hours of 7.30am-6.00pm or 20 hours if a job share.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading a team and modelling best practice. They will enjoy working with the children and families to achieve the best possible outcomes.

The Deputy Nursery Manager will offer quality childcare to children aged 10 months to 5 years old, in a creative hands-on experience in a stimulating and pressure-free environment.

What we are looking for:

Level 3 Childcare Qualification (NNEB, Diploma NVQ3 or equivalent)
Nursery leadership experience
A valid and enhanced DBS
Experience working with children in a childcare setting
Understanding of children's development
Good communication skills
A passion and desire to go above and beyond
A willingness to learn new skills
Good team working skills
