Are you ready to embark on a journey with Baseline Onsite? We're on the lookout for a passionate Occupational Health Nurse for our Baseline Onsite Wembley Clinic!
Our clinic is primarily doctor led and our RNs gain invaluable experience and knowledge from working with our team of occupational physicians/registrars. There are opportunities for this role to be both Perth based with an element of FIFO for our mining, and oil & gas clients.
As a Baseline Onsite Occupational Health Nurse, you'll be equipped with:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in the same or similar previous role.
Bachelor Degree of Nursing (Or Higher)
Valid Advanced Life Support (Issued within the last 4 years)
National Immunisation Program Certificate
Experience/Training in Spirometry and Audiometry
HLTPAT005 Collect Specimens for Drugs of Abuse Certificate
Current National Police Clearance (Issued within the last 12 months)
WA Drivers License
High level of computer skills in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint & SharePoint
Additional Skills Required
Self-motivated, proactive and enthusiastic
Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
Flexible and reliable
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Medical Technical Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Day to day running of the Baseline Onsite Wembley Treatment Room/Clinical Examination Rooms
Provide high quality medical assessment primarily for pre-employment medical assessments, including but not limited to, Audiometry, Spirometry, Visual Acuity, Drug and ******* screening and Immunizations.
Maintain clinic medical stock
Screening/Triaging calls received on the emergency phone line for doctors (During business hours only)
Actively participate on the Baseline Onsite Clinical Governance Committee and assist with clinical governance administration duties
Maintenance of medical clinical records, handled with confidentiality
The dispense, management and disposal of medications in accordance with the licensing conditions of the Poisons Act 1+64 and company requirements.
