Sell in Style Property Styling is one of Brisbane’s leading property staging and styling companies, working closely with real estate professionals and property owners to present homes at their best for sale. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee administrative operations, coordinate internal teams, and support business processes across the organisation.
About the Role
As the Office Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office and business services. You will coordinate administrative systems, support internal teams, oversee operational workflows, and assist management with organisational planning and process improvements.
This is an on-site office role.
Key Responsibilities
Office Operations & Administration
Plan, organise and coordinate office operations and administrative systems.
Maintain office procedures, documentation systems and internal workflow processes.
Monitor and maintain records management systems and business documentation.
Coordinate office resources including workspace, equipment and operational tools.
Ensure administrative systems and data records are accurate and maintained.
Financial & Administrative Coordination
Assist with invoicing processes and monitoring of outstanding client accounts.
Maintain accurate administrative records relating to financial transactions.
Support monitoring of operational expenses and cost tracking.
Assist management with preparation of operational and financial reports.
Personnel & Team Coordination
Coordinate administrative support for internal teams including sales, logistics and marketing.
Assist with employee onboarding processes including documentation and system access.
Support coordination of staff schedules, rosters and internal administrative processes.
Monitor workflow and assist managers in ensuring operational efficiency.
Process Improvement & Compliance
Review office procedures and recommend improvements to administrative systems.
Assist management in implementing operational policies and procedures.
Ensure office processes align with workplace health and safety requirements.
Maintain compliance with Australian workplace regulations and business policies.
Business & Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, real estate professionals and external partners.
Support coordination of business operations across administrative and operational departments.
Assist leadership in maintaining operational standards and service delivery quality.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to support business growth.
Qualifications & Experience
Relevant qualification in business administration, management or a related field preferred.
Minimum 2 years experience in office administration or office management within a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Experience supporting business operations and coordinating administrative systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and support cross-department collaboration.
