We are hiring Female Junior Accountant for a CA firm located at Lullanagar, Pune.Experience- Min 1 to 3 years.Job Profile :1) Accounting entries, Preparing Sales Invoices in Tally.2) Filing GST Returns, GST reco.3) Assisting CA / Senior in their work.Training will be provided. Interested candidates can mail their resume to usKey Responsibilities 1. Bookkeeping and Accounting Maintain day-to-day accounting records using accounting software such as Tally ERP, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks. Post journal entries and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy. Record financial transactions including receipts, payments, purchases, and sales. 2. GST and Tax Filing Support Assist in preparing and filing GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) under the guidance of senior accountants. Help in the reconciliation of GST data with books of accounts. Collect and verify vendor invoices and ensure timely GST input credit accounting. 3. TDS and Income Tax Compliance Support the computation of TDS and assist in the preparation of TDS returns (Form 26Q, 27Q, etc.). Help maintain TDS challans and ensure timely deduction and payment. Assist in the preparation of income tax returns (ITRs) for individuals, firms, and small companies. 4. Audit Support Provide assistance in internal and statutory audits by collecting required documentation. Prepare audit schedules and respond to audit queries from seniors or external auditors. Maintain records and files for audit trail and compliance purposes. 5. Client Coordination Communicate with clients for document collection, clarification of entries, and sharing of reports. Ensure timely follow-up for missing data or pending tax filings. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions. 6. Financial Reporting and MIS Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Generate ledgers, trial balances, and cash flow statements as per instructions.
