Outbound Sales and Services Associate

If so, we’re seeking talents like you to join our team of Sales and Services Associates in the Moncton area. We have opportunities both in our inbound sales and outbound sales teams.

In this role, you will speak with the customers of Canada’s largest telecommunications company to ensure they are getting the best value for all their products and services. This is the ideal position for anyone who is results driven, passionate about technology and wants to talk about it!

What we have to offer:
Salary of $1+/hour* (+1$/h if outbound), including a guaranteed premium – based on your performance, you could earn more thanks to our performance-based incentive plan!
After seven months: $15.65/hour (+1$/hr if outbound) – as an example, the average total compensation of our agents 6 months after training is $22.50 (all bonuses included);
Significant monthly incentive bonus based on performance;
Fully paid training and coaching program;

Responsibilities:
Handle calls with Bell customers to upsell and add-on products and services that fit with the customers’ needs.
Promote complementary solutions for residential and mobility products and services (Home phone, Internet, TV and Mobility).
Contribute to the team's success in a spirit of healthy competition and over-achievement.
Take inbound calls as a contingency when needed.
Qualifications:
For the inbound sales team: available to work full-time in the following time slots:
Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Atlantic Time;
Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm Atlantic Time.
For the outbound sales team: available to work full-time in the following time slots:
Tuesday to Friday, 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Atlantic Time;
Saturday from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm Atlantic Time.
Reside within 100 km of the NQX centre in Moncton;
High-speed Internet connection of at least 25 MBPS and a secure, quiet space;
Completed high school diploma or equivalent;
Experience working in a sales position at a call center (6 months +), ideally in a role where you have done outbound sales;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to multi-task in a computerized environment;
Sales mindset: you can build rapport quickly, negotiate effectively and persevere when facing objections.
Training start date: July 7th
