Paid Marketing Executive ( Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Google Ads)
We are seeking a results-driven Paid Marketing Executive to manage and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Email Marketing platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of digital advertising strategies, audience segmentation, and campaign analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Social Media Advertising:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Develop and manage budgets, A/B tests, and performance tracking.
Create targeted ad sets based on demographics, interests, and behavior.
Collaborate with design and content teams to produce engaging ad creatives.
Email Marketing:
Design and manage email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign.
Build segmented email lists for more targeted outreach.
Monitor open rates, CTRs, conversions, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Ensure compliance with GDPR and email marketing best practices.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Monitor and report on key performance metrics like ROI, CPA, CPL, ROAS.
Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to track results.
Suggest and implement optimizations based on performance data.
Key Skills & Requirements:
3+ years of experience in paid digital marketing.
Proficiency with ad platforms: Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Strong knowledge of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and Remarketing.
Experience with email marketing tools and automation.
Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
