Job Description
(i) Audit Support:
Assist in the planning and execution of statutory/internal audits.
Conduct audit procedures and prepare comprehensive documentation.
Identify and communicate audit issues, risks, and recommendations effectively.
(ii) Accounting Functions:
Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial statements.
Manage bank reconciliations and general ledger accounts.
Support tax return preparation and oversee accounts payable/receivable.
(iii) Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure strict compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Prepare financial reports for internal management and external stakeholders.
Contribute to enhancing internal controls and optimizing financial processes.
(iv) Taxation
Handling GST and other Taxes calculation and return filing.
Handling Compliance, audit, refunds, defence, litigation, and advisory services under GST and legacy taxes to a number of clients.
(v) Professional Development:
Stay updated with evolving accounting and auditing standards.
Actively pursue professional certifications and seize training opportunities to enhance expertise.
(vi) Budgeting and Forecasting:
Contribute to the annual budgeting process.
Assist in creating financial forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
vii) Data Analysis & Process Improvement:
Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
