Key Responsibilities:
• Develop financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts with senior leadership.
• Analyze monthly and annual finances to support strategic decisions.
• Recommend cost-saving initiatives and investment opportunities.
• Prepare and manage financial reports, including profit/loss statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Monitor expenses and assist with cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a startup or SaaS environment.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial tools (e.g., Excel, QuickBooks).
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
