We are seeking Partners for one of the established private banks which focus on managing high-net-worth client portfolios, providing investment advice, and building strong client relationships while adhering to compliance and regulatory requirements.
Job Title: Partner
The purpose of this role is instrumental in acquiring HNI & UHNI clients and building relationships with the bank. Partners have to sell investment and insurance products, as well as other bank products, to private banking clients to generate fee income.
Main Responsibilities:
• Nurture and manage end-to-end customer relationships by fulfilling all their banking needs through wealth solutions provided by the bank.
• Provide a seamless banking experience from a product and interpersonal point of view, achieving organizational objectives of high customer satisfaction scores.
• Acquire customers through natural market activities, open market operations, references from internal sources via existing branch and digital networks.
Secondary Responsibilities:
• Ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain a high relationship management orientation, ability to forge effective relationships.
• Demonstrate a strong focus on service delivery.
• Show execution-oriented behavior, driven to achieve results.
Managerial and Leadership Responsibilities:
• Team development.
• Ensure the team is adequately staffed, target achievement of team members.
Qualifications:
• Graduation: Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, mathematics, commerce, arts, science, biology, business, computers, or management.
• Post-graduation: MBA, PGDM.
Experience: 10-18 years of relevant experience.
