Senior Customer Representative Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Customer Representative to provide exceptional customer service and support to clients in India.
• This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, and providing top-notch service.
• The successful candidate will assist customers in understanding investment products and services offered by the bank.
• They will resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
Key Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration.
• 1-6 years of experience in customer service or a related role, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of investment products and financial markets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
