Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Accounting Executive to support our finance team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Tally, MS Office, and possess a solid foundation in accounting principles. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day accounting tasks such as ledger entry, bank reconciliations, and data entry in Tally.
• Generate invoices, manage accounts payable/receivable, and follow up on payments.
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with financial reporting.
• Prepare Excel reports and support documentation using MS Office tools (Excel, Word).
• Coordinate with internal departments for expense reports and financial clarifications.
• Ensure compliance with tax and statutory regulations (GST, TDS).
• Assist with audit preparation and month-end close activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or pursuing).
• Proven experience or training in accounting and finance functions.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP + or Prime, and MS Office tools, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of Indian accounting standards and statutory compliance.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
