Responsibilities
End-to-end payroll processing for up to 2000 employees
Fortnightly and monthly payroll
Producing payroll reports in line with business requirements
Extensive knowledge of statutory payments
HMRC reporting – RTI, EPS, P11D and Year-end duties
Full understanding of pension regulations (Auto enrolment/ Re-declaration) and submission of pension contributions (NEST)
Administration of the time and attendance system
Monitoring and maintaining the Payroll email inbox and resolving queries
Ensure the payroll is compliant with regard to national minimum wage
Other ad hoc tasks as required as befits the role and development
