Job description
Job Title: Photo Image Editor

Ateliers London is a leading British manufacturer of bespoke luxury upholstered furniture and hard case products for top interior design professionals and luxury projects worldwide. Our offerings span high-end residential, luxury hospitality, and Super Yacht sectors. Located in West London, our manufacturing facilities are home to skilled craftspeople and technical designers, merging traditional craftsmanship with deep furniture knowledge.
Position Summary:
The Advanced Level Photo Editor will be responsible for editing, enhancing, and optimising product images for our e-commerce website. This role demands expertise in various photo editing and design tools, including Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other relevant software. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong design skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
Product Image Editing
• Edit and enhance product images using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other advanced editing tools.
• Ensure images are consistent with brand guidelines and meet high-quality standards.
• Perform colour correction, retouching, finishing, and image manipulation to improve product appearance. (other required metrics can be shared later)
• Optimise images for web use, ensuring fast load times without compromising quality.
• Create compelling product visuals using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and other design software.
Quality Assurance
• Review product images to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Conduct regular audits of product images to identify and correct any discrepancies.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Collaboration and Communication
• Work closely with photographers, designers, and product management team to ensure a cohesive presentation of products.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product image editing and graphic design, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator).
• Strong understanding of web design principles and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Type - Full Time Permanent Role 45 hours, over 5 days per week, Monday to Friday, +.00am to 6.00pm
(Not fixed can be changed depending on the project requirements)
