Job Opportunity: Plumber Social Housing (Temp to Perm)

Location:East & North London

Salary:£800 £950 per week (paid one week in arrears, LTD or CIS)

Start Date:ASAP

R9 Recruitmentis seeking a skilled and qualifiedPlumberto join a reputable client working within theSocial Housingsector. This is a fantastictemp-to-permopportunity offering consistent work, competitive pay, and long-term potential.

Key Responsibilities
• Plumbing Installation & Maintenance: Install and repair water systems including sinks, toilets, showers, and radiators.
• Water Supply & Drainage: Maintain efficient water inflow and wastewater outflow systems.
• Leak & Blockage Repairs: Diagnose and fix common plumbing issues such as leaks and blockages.

Requirements
• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing
• 4+ years of experience, ideally within asocial housingenvironment
