Right now, we’re looking for an Account Manager who can confidently lead accounts, guide teams and shape campaigns that earn attention. You’re someone who blends strategic thinking with executional excellence. You build strong client relationships, see around corners, and can steer an account with clarity and calm. Main duties and responsibilities
The Account Manager is responsible for ensuring the task and activities they are assigned are completed in a timely manner and to a high standard. Specific duties include:
· Contributing to (and sometimes leading) the strategic and creative development of client plans under the guidance of their line manager
· Has a strong understanding of the media landscape and is able to develop valuable media strategies
· A strong understanding of the influencer landscape in Australia
· An understanding of how to utilise & leverage social channels
· Ensuring all campaign deadlines are met and exceed targets
· Uses problem solving skills to overcome any challenges along the way
· Manage client budgets and be responsible for campaign budget tracking (including the creation of estimates, supplier POs and cost summary reports)
· Attending and playing an active role in client & team WIP meetings
· Leading, attending and contributing in brainstorms
· Writing across a range of styles including press releases and other communications materials
· Being responsible for the coordination of media events, photo and video shoots
· Undertaking appropriate research for programs and new business proposals
· Managing an intern or account junior where relevant and review their work regularly viewing the work to ensure it is accurate, of high quality and on brand equity (media lists, articles of interest, evaluation reports, writing, event management)
· Having a good understanding of your clients’ businesses including their products and offerings, their markets, competitors
· On the pulse of news, social, media & industry trends and is able to feed that into the agency

Lead campaign planning and oversee end-to-end delivery
Ensure timelines, budgets and deliverables are met
Turn insights and cultural moments into compelling, newsworthy ideas
Grow momentum
Guide media and influencer strategy, ensuring stories land in the right places
Maintain strong media relationships and identify top-tier opportunities
Oversee reporting that connects outcomes to real impact
Support and elevate your team
Mentor and manage junior team members with regular feedback and structured development
Help set clear expectations, review work, and upskill the team
Champion our agency values, culture and spirit
Drive growth
Spot organic opportunities to add value and expand client programs
Contribute to new business proposals, pitches and workshops
Who we’re excited about

You’ve got:
4–5 years’ PR or integrated communications experience
Strong client and media relationships
A track record of leading and delivering campaigns
Consumer Electronics and B2B food manufacturing expertise
Experience managing and mentoring junior team members
Financial and project management confidence
A love for culture, creativity and problem-solving
