• Collaborate with internal and external teams to complete various tasks.
• Take ownership of timely and accurate resolution of cash discrepancies.
• Monitor aged and significant breaks to ensure timely resolution by following up with stakeholders.
• Serve as primary reviewer and quality assurance for team deliverables.
• Calculate, book, and review deal-wise fees such as management and incentive/carry fees as assigned.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and process efficiency (15%).
• Maintain open communication with clients regarding expected delays and planned actions.
• E nsure timely delivery of high-quality results to clients.
• Participate in calls/meetings with clients to set expectations and document agreements.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of applications used to complete tasks.
• Analyze problems and escalate to manager as needed.
