Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Financial Analyst for our FPA Centre of Excellence CoE in Bangalore office who will primarily focus on planning reporting and analysis of bookings revenue operating capital expense and headcount in a fast paced and Cross functional environment Key Responsibilities Own and manage deliverables through the monthly accounting close quarter forecasting and annual planning processes in a timely and insightful manner Develop deliver and analyze weekly monthly and quarterly reporting KPIs and dashboards Standardize processes and develop SOPs Develop and implement financial trend reports to identify performance issues within the business and risks or opportunities in current financial plan forecast Support in executing various strategic and tactical initiatives of the FPA CoE Drive continuous improvement and automation Present analysis dashboards to senior finance and business leaders Play the role of a functional expert in Oracle Hyperion and other business reporting tools Collaborate with Business Unit Finance Corporate FPA IT and Sales Operations teams and demonstrate strong internal customer focus Knowledge Skills Qualification Education A minimum bachelor s degree in Finance Years of experience 3-5 years of FPA exposure MBA is a plus but not mandatory Required Skills Ability to work cross functionally continuously learn initiative intelligence strong attention to detail and integrity in striving for continuous improvement are essential to the success of this role Superior quantitative and analytical skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to develop financial and operational models using spreadsheets and database software Willingness to dig deep into details as well as the ability to assess the big picture Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint required Exposure to Hyperion and Salesforce will be a plus Flexibility to work in global timings
