What will you be doing?
The Process Expert - Accounting for Lead 2 Cash Program at Vanderlande is a Subject Matter Expert role. You will be the expert on the complete end-to-end process of our project- and service administration, focusing on a smooth process and driving improvements along the way. The end-to-end process entails our project administration, foreign currency hedging and administration, revenue recognition, invoicing, cash collection and reporting.
Your responsibilities
In this role you will:
• Initiate improvements and process changes based on your expertise.
• Translate possible improvements in business cases, based on issues/risks which occurs and on the stakeholders needs.
• Be responsible for the operational tasks which are related to Treasury/Multicurrency (FOREX).
• Be aligned with various stakeholders such as Treasury managers, Sales Managers, Project Controllers and Project Managers.
• Ensure that the way of working within our Business Scenario Lead 2 Cash (L2C) is in accordance with the Vanderlande processes and accounting principles (IFRS and J-Sox).
• Be aligned and cooperates closely with your peers which are located in America and India.
• Act and steer on KPI improvements together with the operational team, stakeholders and the DPO.
What do we ask from you?
• A Bachelor/Master degree in Accountancy or Business Administration.
• 5-7 years relevant experience within an international (project) organization.
• Relevant experience within Treasury/Multicurrency (Forex)
• You have a structured way of working
• Excellent Excel skills, JD Edwards is a plus
• Good communication skills
• You are a Teamplayer
• Fluency in English, Dutch is a plus
About the team
The FSSC EMEA team is located in Veghel (headquarters of Vanderlande). The team consists of 26 people. The main goal of the team is to provide high-quality and professional services for the EMEA region. The scope of FSSC EMEA is tax and compliance, credit management and maintaining/improving financial processes. All regular transactions (processing invoices and bank statements) will be executed by your colleagues in Pune (India).
