Position Title – Professional - Finance transformation
Experience Level – 2 to 4 years
Department - Finance
Location – Gurgaon
Job Purpose
• Support the implementation and management of Finance Transformation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Handle project-related tasks to enable the Head of Finance Systems to focus on strategic planning.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities for automation and process improvements within finance systems.
• Collaborate with the broader finance team to develop and implement tactical solutions that enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.
• Contribute to the design and development of the strategic finance systems landscape and operating model.
• Assist in the development and execution of a roadmap to achieve the future state of the finance function.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on potential system enhancements and process optimizations.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure cohesive and integrated finance systems support.
• Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during system upgrades or new implementations.
Develop and conduct training sessions for the finance team to ensure proficiency in using new and existing finance systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in finance transformation or a related role.
• Proficiency in using finance tools such as Oracle Fusion, Anaplan and other tools like Jira, Power BI.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 products and any RPA tool.
• Proven experience in supporting large project implementation and change management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
Highly motivated, willing to take ownership, and able to excel in a high-pressure environment.
