1)Candidate must have Construction Industry background
2) Must have project Accounting
3) Must know about Admin matters
4) Better control over indirect cost of the project
5) Ability to deal with clients and other Government officials
6) Able to tackle any local issues arises at site
7) To maintain good repo with site execution team
8) to maintain cordial relation with Cluster /H.Q
+) Must have computer knowledge about tally or ERP
10) Ability to Mobilize the Project
11) Must have negotiation skills
12) Qualification under graduation with CMA is added advantage
13) Ability to adopt new technologies
14 ) Ability to learn
15) Easily approachable
16) Easily adjustable to any condition
17) willing to work in any location

20) to ensure monthly S/C bills are booked with correct measurement
