Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Accountant I to assist our Project Accounting Manager with various accounting tasks. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial data entry and reporting in our company systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable: Manage customer invoices, payments, and credits.
Subcontract Management: Oversee subcontract agreements, lien waivers, and related financial transactions.
Invoicing: Prepare and send accurate invoices to customers.
Accounts Payable: Process vendor invoices and payments.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
Bachelor's degree in accounting.
3-5 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Working knowledge of Deltek VantagePoint or Vision software.
