We are a leading construction company looking for a highly experienced Project Accountant to join our Project team. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of accounting principles, and strong experience in Procore and other accounting software such as Sage 300CRE. You will be responsible for maintaining financial records, analyzing and reconciling accounts, and producing financial reports.

What You Will Be Doing
• Responsible for ensuring financial accuracy and integrity across the organization
• Your primary focus will be to maintain financial records, analyze accounts, and produce financial reports
• Responsible for reconciling accounts and preparing and maintaining budgets
• Reporting to Project Managers to ensure all reports are imported, and subcontractor reports are up-to-date
What You Need for this Position
A related bachelor's degree is preferred, and at least two years of construction experience/knowledge of:
• Experience working for a mechanical contractor or Design-build firm executing commercial projects
• Procore ERP Experience required
• Experience in bidding projects, contract administration, purchase orders, and project scheduling
