Our Work Dynamics business line works with some of the world's leading organisations to provide onsite solutions.

The Role:

Coordination of the month end accruals and reporting process as it relates to project accounting; with detailed analysis and commentary to budget and forecast and for the delivery to the client including the close out of projects.
Manage monthly/forecast/budget aspects of capex reporting working closely with the offshore Project Accountant for capex reporting.
Support the annual budget and quarterly forecast processes including establishment of key data, assumptions, owning the process and key stakeholders, analysis and reporting of outcomes as it relates to project accounting.
Actively work with the key client project managers to manage and achieve the budget and the forecast; this may entail working with them to identify potential risks and opportunities; and ensuring that they have visibility to their results.
Manage offshore Project Accountant through oversight ensuring processes and responsibilities are efficient and accurate.
Support the management of the saving tracker to support cost saving commitments as it relates to project accounting; this may entail working with the relevant portfolio to validate and confirm the initiatives.
Ongoing identification and implementation of reporting, processes, and control improvements.
Stakeholder management and engagement including support of Internal and External clients.
Support management of finance-related contract KPIs ensuring minimal commercial impact on the account.
Support systems implementation and ongoing operations to ensure benefits are maximised for the account.
Support the integrity of critical data between finance (JD Edwards) and other key systems (Ingenious, CAAPs, etc).
Managing ad-hoc queries; this may entail being the conduit between the different JLL and client business lines.
Support compliance with regulatory, JLL and client policies.
Support ad-hoc projects as directed.
Support the Finance Director and FP&A Manager as directed.
What you will bring

Good interpersonal skills to manage diverse range of client representatives and JLL stakeholders.
Advanced financial analytical and reporting skills, experience in accounting or finance functions.
Over 3 years’ experience in budget preparation and forecasting in a complex commercial environment, experience of project accounting a distinct advantage.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex deliverables on a regular basis inclusive of month end.
A good eye for detail.
Sound written and oral communication skills, and the capacity to deal with ambiguity & complex problems.
Able to think strategically, innovatively and solve real problems.
Demonstrated ability to prioritise work within tight deadlines.
Strong Excel skills (ability to develop financial models and conduct analysis).
