“TAXCPC” is a cloud utility designed by Figment Global Solutions Pvt Ltd on 16th Jan 2012. Incorporated with a focus on providing legal compliance solutions in the fields of taxation, Figment has now established itself as a leader in the field of end to end TDS & GST compliance solutions for Public Sector Banks and financial institutions. “TaxCPC” is a complete TDS & GST compliance solution, available on cloud, designed to provide enterprises 247 assistance in filing TDS returns, GST returns, 15G/H compliance and TDS rectification processes.
It has a software development Centre and IT infrastructure at Nagpur. With a team of around 100+ trained employees, Figment employees Chartered Accountants, IT professionals, Ex–Bankers and trained Graduates. The firm also has separate onsite teams based at Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Bangalore. TDS & GST processing utility is developed in-house and is available both on-premise and on cloud.
Role:
Project Head at Figment is our face and decision maker with the client. They play a pivotal role in CRM, P&L Management, leveraging finance and technology for providing an exceptional customer experience. We are looking for a Senior Chartered accountant with experience and knowledge of technology to Lead/Co-ordinate and handle Government projects. Your strong communication skills backed by analytical and problem-solving mindset should ensure that all expectations of internal and external stakeholders are met. A 360 degree control on the entire project along with commitment towards the team, including goal setting, training and development, performance evaluation, among others. You must have 10+ years’ working experience in TDS laws and Automated tax compliance management & Tools.
Responsibilities:
• Own the strategy and roadmap for the project at our Jaipur Office/Client Site.
• Manage all aspects of a FinTech product throughout its lifecycle, including product strategy development, customer insights/needs, and requirements definition.
• Strong emphasis on documentation at each stage.
• Act as a trusted adviser, coach or guide in the team.
• Strong emphasis on team management and expectations management, goal setting, performance appraisals.
• Define the user conditions, ensure that they are met. Provide a user-centred perspective to operations and business teams.
• Promptly resolve issues faced during operationalization by working with different stakeholders.
• Developing Training Modules and ensuring timely and continuous training for each team member as and when required.
Job Specification:
• Chartered Accountant (qualified prior to Nov 2012).
• Chartered accountant with minimum 10+ Years of experience in TDS laws and Automated tax compliance management & Tools.
• Experience of working with Government Entities would be preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset- acumen to guide our goals through roadmaps and define new product features and strategies.
• Experience in building and working on TDS & fintech products.
