About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and organised individual to join our team as a Project Support Officer. Primarily focussed on the Warburton Mountain Bike Destination and supporting other Rivers and Ridges trails projects, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in various aspects of project management and administration to ensure the successful delivery and operation of our initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

Provide administrative support to the team including budget management, reporting, forecasting, program administration and procurement activity.
Provide support to the development and implementation of the operational model for the Warburton Mountain Bike Destination.
Assist in the development and execution of communication and engagement plans, as well as developing social media and promotional materials for the Warburton Mountain Bike Destination and other Rivers and Ridges projects.
Provide administrative and operational support for events and capital works projects.
Manage incoming correspondence, promptly following up on customer and community inquiries, and responding in a timely manner.
What you’ll bring to our team

A passion for mountain biking, trail development or outdoor recreation. Excellent administrative skills, with experience in the Microsoft Office suite and a keen eye for detail.
High level communication skills with the ability to interact with and support a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
Strong organisational capability and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in project coordination and/or social media is desirable.

Option to take up a monthly or fortnightly RDO
Full-time temporary position (2 years, 76 hours per fortnight).
Salary between $76,054 and $84,502 (Band 5) per annum, plus 11% superannuation.
