The successful candidate will be a United States Citizen or Permanent Resident local to the DC Metro area who is able to work on our W2 and in our Rockville, MD headquarters office on occasion as needed
Ability to easily shift focus from proposal to proposal to meet changing deadlines
Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may require occasional weekend and/or evening work
Ability to track assigned tasks and get back to the management team with schedules and priorities

5+ years' experience in Federal Proposal development with a focus on Information Technology services
Thorough understanding of Federal Government RFP structure and the ability to review and assess RFP requirements
Experience with task order responses, definitive value contracts and multi-award (IDIQ, BPA, GWAC) proposals
Expertise in O365/Microsoft Office Suite software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Ability to work closely with large and small teams of SMEs, reviewers, and leadership with competing schedules
Demonstrated understanding of win themes, proposal concepts, and the business development lifecycle
Proven expertise in reviewing and editing proposal content for clarity, grammar, and proper use of technical or customer terminology
Must have the ability to quickly digest information and produce organized, clearly written technical, IT-focused content with little to no supervision
