Demonstrates a thorough understanding of accounting and bookkeeping practices
Keeps abreast of updates to Quickbooks
Identifies and investigates any errors or variances
Executes weekly bookkeeping- using QuickBooks Online- to categorize and reconcile transactions
Sources any missing receipts and documentation for all transactions
Obtains Owner approval for subcontractor invoices
Regularly updates job costing forms and reports on project profitability data
Prepares and issues invoices for clients
Performs biweekly reconciliation
Prepares and files monthly sales tax, annual CAT tax, and 10++s for all subcontractors
Manages accounts payable
Works with customer service to inform of past due invoices
Aids in the management of tax agency notices
Prepares reports on financial metrics for management analysis
Updates and reviews budget monthly
Collaborates with our CPA to make any changes or adjustments
Correspondence with Managers and Crew Leaders will be necessary
Other administrative tasks as needed

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
Organized, notices detail
Knowledge of Excel
2 years of experience with Quickbooks is necessary
Comfortable with technology
Ability to communicate orally and in writing English
Minimum Technical Requirements:
Laptop or stationed personal computer
High Performance Processor
Minimum of 8 GB RAM
30MBPS or higher internet speed
Private and quiet dedicated home office area (no animal or children's noises in the background)
Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-15 per week
