1️⃣ Senior Associate (4–6 Years)
2️⃣ Senior Manager (8–10 Years)
🧩 Key Responsibilities
• Lead/support FAAS projects including IPO, SPAC, PPA, Carve-outs, and Fresh Start accounting
• Prepare & review financial statements, MD&A, GAAP/IFRS conversions, and accounting policies
• Perform technical accounting research, governance, remediation & readiness
• Drive process optimization, reporting transformation & data integration initiatives
• Document current-state processes and design optimized future-state workflows
• Support reporting template design, data connectors, validation rules & UAT
• Deliver training, ensure quality deliverables, and manage team performance
• Contribute to business development, client engagement, and practice growth
📌 Note
Candidates must be CA / ACCA / CPA qualified with strong exposure to IFRS, US GAAP, or UK GAAP.Candidates from Audit, Financial Reporting, or SOX backgrounds will also be considered.
