• *Your key responsibilities**
• *Quality assurance**
- Developing & running automated test cases on live products
- Functional testing of new tools and its features before PROD release
- UAT environment availability coordination for onshore business testing and sign-off
- Live monitoring of scheduled activities
- Post deployment initial support for critical functionality
• *Code Release management**
- Preparing & tracking release & test documents for PROD release
- Creating product/process flow documentation for various products
• *Your skills and experience**
- Ability to develop business cases and conduct requirements/business analysis
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and present robust solutions
- Excellent attention to detail, with a meticulous research and investigation approach
- Experience in quality assurance and testing framework
- Programming Experience - VBA, Java, JSP
