Job description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented freshly qualified Chartered Accountant to join our Finance team. The role offers hands-on exposure to accounting, taxation, audits, compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, demonstrate a strong sense of integrity, and possess a sound understanding of accounting principles and regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Contribute in cost savings.
Conduct internal audits and assist in statutory and tax audits.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS), Companies Act, and Income Tax Act.
Prepare and review tax returns (GST, TDS, Income Tax).
Perform general ledger accounting and reconciliations.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Maintain documentation for internal controls and processes.
Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
Ensure compliance of ROC matters.
Stay updated on changes in tax laws, accounting standards, and regulations.
Ensure PF/ESIC/PT tax returns and compliances.

Qualifications and Skills:
Qualified Chartered Accountant (recent pass-out or up to 1 year post-qualification).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and audit practices.
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
High level of integrity and professional ethics.
